Returns & Warranty

Q: What is the warranty on my Le Ed guitar?

A: Our guitars do not come with a warranty. However, if your order is faulty due to delivery issues, please contact us immediately via the chatbox on our website. We will provide a refund with an administration cost of 10% deducted if applicable.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If necessary, customers may request a return up to 30 days after receiving their order. If a refund is requested, they are required to bear the delivery costs of returning the item and are also subjected to the payment provider's administration fee of approx 5%-10% of the total amount paid. Please contact us in the form below to initiate a return if necessary.

Q: Why did I receive my strings separately from my guitar?

A: The strings are a complimentary gift for purchasing the guitar and hence will arrive in a separate package from your guitar.
