It's a player's guitar

I collaborated with L.Luthier to design a guitar to match my play style. I instantly fell in love playing it; practice sessions became fun and immersive which pushed me to level up the way I play my arrangements.

Now, I'm exploring richer, more resonant arrangements, particularly in alternative tunings with low bass notes, to maximise the guitar's incredible response.

What is the warranty on my Le Ed guitar?

Our 1 Year Setting Warranty is valid from the date of purchase and only in Malaysia.

International orders do not come with a warranty. However, if your order is faulty due to delivery issues, please contact us immediately via the contact form on our website. We will provide a refund with an administration cost of 10% deducted if applicable.

What is your return policy?

If necessary, customers may request a return up to 30 days after receiving their order. If a refund is requested, they are required to bear the delivery costs of returning the item and are also subjected to the payment provider's administration fee of approx 5%-10% of the total amount paid. Please contact us in the form below to initiate a return if necessary.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping code via email. Use this code to track your delivery through the provided link in the email.

What is the estimated delivery time for my guitar?

Your guitar is custom built and typically takes up to 3 weeks to assemble. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 weeks.

I haven’t received my tracking code. What should I do?

If you have not received your tracking code within 14 days of your order confirmation, please contact us via the form below this page.

Why did I receive my strings separately from my guitar?

The strings are a complimentary gift for purchasing the guitar and hence will arrive in a separate package from your guitar.
