Terms & Conditions
Returns:
Customers may request a refund up to 30 days after receiving their order. If they request a refund, they are required to bear the delivery costs to return the item and are also subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total amount paid.
Import Taxes and VAT:
Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties and VAT that may be applicable in their country. These additional costs are not included in the price of the guitar or shipping costs. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local customs office for information on import taxes and regulations.
For customers within the UK, VAT is included in the final price of the guitar.
Warranty and Returns:
Our guitars do not come with a warranty. However, if your order is faulty due to delivery issues, please contact us immediately via the chatbox on our website. We will provide a refund with an administration cost of 10% deducted if applicable.
